Rule 212
Member Attendance

(1) According to rule 211, the member must be present on the date, time and place mentioned in the notice. However, if a member is unable to attend due to circumstances beyond his control, such member may give written authorization to another member in the format as per schedule-7. (2) Sub-rule Regardless of what is written in (1), the work of the Gola system will not be stopped because a member is not present or another member is not authorized, and such a member cannot raise any question regarding his term of office established in accordance with this paragraph from the Gola system.
